		Smart Minds Summer Academy 2010 - Registration To register please download, print and complete the application form and mail with payment ($500 for morning program or $900 for Extended Summer Program) to Smart Minds at: Smart Minds 9670 E. Friess Dr. Scottsdale, AZ 85260 For early registration, please postmark it by April 15th, 2010. Early Registration Savings are as follow: $50.00 off each tuition. Additional $50.00 off per sibling.
